2nd Texas Oil & Gas Forum 2021 Overview

The IN-PERSON 2nd Texas Oil & Gas Forum 2021 is organized by U.S. Energy Stream, on August 11 & 12, 2021 at the Petroleum Club of Houston, TX. The Forum is a bi-partisan annual market intelligence platform. It brings powerful U.S. Senators and Congressmen from both sides of the aisle together with top energy executives.

America’s abundant oil and natural gas resources have contributed to record performance on emissions reductions, have bolstered strong energy security, reduced reliance on foreign energy, and lower household energy costs. Texas being by far the largest producer of fossil fuels in the United States, leads the developments in oil and gas. In the extraordinary times we operate, the Biden Administration, has put climate change and net zero emissions at the forefront of its policies.

The main topic of this year’s Forum is: How can Texas and the United States succeed in the Energy Transition and in Net Zero Emissions Economy?

Key issues to be addressed:
-US Energy Policy and the Biden Administration: How does the pledge of net-zero emissions economy affect Texan and American oil & gas industry?
-Texas crude oil & LNG exports: What lies ahead?
-The Role of LNG in a lower-carbon energy future
-Small scale LNG: What is the role of small scale LNG in the energy transition?
