Dagmar Linder

Managing Director, Regional Management Central & Eastern Europe, Deutsche Bank AG

Dagmar’s current position is Managing Director in Regional Management for Central and Eastern Europe. Before that, Dagmar was a relationship manager  for German and multilateral financial institutions, worked on Exchange Offers for the USD 40 bn former Soviet Union/Russian defaulted debt, Russia's GKO/OFZ local debt, Korean and Indonesian debt. She has experience in corporate work-out, corporate banking as well as credit risk management and began her career with a one year trainee program in 1990. She holds a PhD since 1994, has a full German law education with two State Exams, studied at the University of Munich and the American University in Paris and got her High School Diploma at the International School Bangkok. Her mother tongue is German; she speaks English, French and some Italian. She is a member of the Special Committee on Emerging Markets Crisis Prevention and Resolution
of the Institute of International Finance, Inc., Washington D.C./USA (IIF) as well as of the Principles Consultative Group consisting of senior representatives of Emerging Market countries as well as representatives of the private financial sector.
